President Therriault added a Health, Education and Social Services                                  
Committee referral to SENATE BILL NO. 138 "An Act annulling a                                       
regulation relating to use of collaborative practice authority by a                                 
pharmacist under written protocols approved by persons licensed to                                  
prescribe drugs; prohibiting the Board of Pharmacy from adopting a                                  
similar regulation in the future; and providing for an effective date."                             
                                                                                                    
The bill was referred to the Health, Education and Social Services,                                 
then Labor and Commerce and Judiciary Committees.
